It's accessible by car at either end, with plenty of parking. The mid-section is only accessible by bike or foot (although there is an entrance off of Sun Valley Road, there is no parking; it's an entrance for residents of Oak Ridge that enter by foot or bike). Bring a picnic lunch and stay a while. There are picnic areas at either end (which can be reserved for large gatherings) and rest rooms servicing each. Bridge over river in middle of park, and views of river at several locations. Benches along trail. Hiking trails, playgrounds ,baseball fields, picnic areas, pond</h3> <h3>PARKING: Paved parking at either end of park, several locations, TRAILER FRIENDLY especially at Oak Ridge Parkway / Whitesville Road entrance by 21 plus. (River access is here) </h3> <h3>DIRECTIONS: Garden State Parkway to exit 82A (Rt 37 WEST), entrance is just a few hundred feet. For the north end, follow 37 west to the second traffic light at Oak Ridge Parkway and Lakehurst Rd.
